2.Performance and Composition
In order to produce XJ-Shuangyou Aldehyde Acid Tanning Agent.the carboxyl group is introduced into the molecular of glutaraldehyde.and forms the aldehyde acid.The aldehyde group in the aldehyde acid can directly combine with the -NH2 in protein,while the carboxyl group can not only react with -NH2,but also can form complex with chrome,which can accordingly.stimulate the absorption and cross-linking of chrome.so as to reduce the dosage of chrome and freatly raise the temperature for leather contraction.At the same time,the grain of leather treated with the tanning agent will look smooth.even and compact.and the body of leather will become softer and fuller,with much higher mechanical strength.
On the other hand,XJ-Shuangyou Aldehyde Acid Tanning Agent is free from the irritating smell of aldehydes,which has largely reduced the pollution by aldehydes in free state.Therefore.it is a new-type tanning agent for environmental protection.which deserves full efforts in promotion and popularization.and plays a special role on sanitation technique.

3.Application :
(1)When using XJ-Shuangyou Aldehyde Acid Tanning Agent to acidify leather.with 3% chrome powder and 3% XJ-Shuangyou Aldehyde Acid Tanning Agent added together,chrome will be better absorbed,the scytoblastema will be able to withstand a temperature over 100癈,and the waste liquid will take on a light color,which sugggests a low content of chrome,and accordingly,beneficial for environmental protection and waltewater treatment.At the early stage or the late stage of retanning the frontal (soft-surface) leather of yellow cattle or various clothing leathers,if you add 3% XJ-Shuangyou Aldehyde Acid Tanning Agent on them,the leathers will look fine and smooth,soft and full,and the chrome will be fully absorbed.
(2)Helpful for the permeation and combination of dye and grease.Since the -NH in the molecule strcture is slightly positive,the dye and grease will permeate quickly with high coloring rate,and bind with each other tightly.
(3)It can greatly improve the quality of napped leather.If the 3% XJ-Shuangyou Aldehyde Acid Tanning Agent is used to retan the napped pig leather and the second-layer napped clothing leather of pig andcattle,the hair on the surface of leather will be short and compact,and get evenly distributed without hair eyes or coarse grains.
(4)Obvious effect in fastening tannin extract.After the tannin extract has been fully filled,fasten it with 2-3% XJ-Shuangyou Aldehyde Acid Tanning Agent.then put the leather into water for 5 hours,for which the tannin extract will be not liable to bleed out.
(5)It is also applicable to the manufacture on fur.If 1-2% KMC and 2-3% Shuangyou Tanning Agent are used to tan fur.the fell will be lighy.soft and dry,the hair root will be fastened.and the fur will not be discolored or faded in colr.
As a whole,As a whole ,XJ-Shuangyou Tanning Agent is really a valuable new-type tanning agent in consideration of environmental protection.

(1)Clothing Leather of Pigskin (sheepskin)
a.Water Washing and Degreasing:amount of water:2.5times T=40癈
HCOOH 0.5%,degreasing 0.4% 30‘
b.Water Washing and Retanning:amount of water:1.5times T=38癈
Shuangyou Tanning Agent 2% 30‘
Chrome powder 4-5%,sodium acetate 0.3-0.5% 90‘
Check the PH,and hold it for the night.The next day when it turns to 30‘ neutralize,dye and curry it as normal.
(2).Soft-surfaceLeather of Cattle hide

(3).Napped Leather of Pigskin
Weighing,water washing,deliming,softening and acid immersing as normal.
Tanning (with half-waste acid liquid)
Sodium thiosulfate:2% 60‘ PH3
Cationic Currying Agent 0.6% 20‘
KMC-1 7% 120‘
Sodium bicarbonate 0.8-1.2 50‘ +30‘ +30‘ PH4
The next day when it truns to 30‘,lower the temperature.

5. Packing
(1)The product is packaged in 25kg and 125kg full plastic barrel.
(2)The outer surface of the container shall be marked with trademark,product name,producing date,batch number,executive standard,net weight,company name,address and mark of storage and
shipping.

6. Transportation and Storage:
Please handle with care,keep upright,and avoid impacting.
It shall be stored at normal temperature in doors,and the duration of storage will be half year with the original package.
